Wix integration
Wix is the most closed platform we publish to. That is a real constraint on some things and no constraint at all on others, and the difference is worth knowing before you plan a year of content.

Connecting Wix
Live in a few minutes.
Step 1
Confirm the Wix Blog app is on the site
Open your Wix dashboard and check that the blog is installed and has at least one published post.
Step 2
Authorize SEOPulser against your Wix site
Start the connection from the project's integration settings and complete the authorization flow in your Wix account, granting the blog permissions the app requests.
Step 3
Select the site and confirm the connection
Once authorization completes, pick the site articles should be published to, since a Wix account can hold several.
Step 4
Set up the SEO defaults inside Wix
In the Wix SEO settings, confirm the site has a connected domain, that the blog pages are set to be indexed, and that the SEO patterns for blog post titles and descriptions are sensible.
Step 5
Decide how structured data will be handled
Open a published blog post on your live site and view source, searching for application/ld+json to see what Wix already emits.
Step 6
Publish one article as a draft and inspect it live
Run a single article with the project in draft-first mode, review the draft in the Wix dashboard, then publish it and load the live URL.
What lands where
Every field maps cleanly.
- Title and slugPost title and URL slug
- Article body (Markdown)Post rich content
- Meta description and excerptPost excerpt and the post's SEO description
- Cover image and alt textPost cover image
- Author entityPost author, mapped to a site contributor
- Tags and categoriesPost tags, and blog categories where configured
- Publish stateDraft post, then published post
- JSON-LD graphThe post's structured data field, or site-level custom code
Worth knowing first
The honest limitations.
Every destination constrains something. These are the ones worth knowing before you commit a content program to Wix.
- The document head is managed by Wix.
- The blog's content format is structured rich content, not arbitrary HTML.
- Wix emits its own structured data on blog posts and its own head metadata, with limited control over the author entity in that markup.
- URL structure, redirects and site-wide SEO patterns are Wix settings rather than per-article values.
- The developer surface changes on Wix's own schedule and permission models are revised with it.
From content chaos to search results
Without a system
- Content takes forever, or costs a fortune
- Generic AI drafts never rank
- No schema, no author, no canonical
- Publishing is a manual copy-paste chore
- Scaling too fast gets you flagged
With SEOPulser
- Research to publish, fully on autopilot
- Your answers make every draft original
- JSON-LD and a named author on each
- One-click publishing to your CMS
- Cadence ramped to your site's age
What's different
Built to rank, not just to publish.
Structured data on every article
Article, FAQ, HowTo and Breadcrumb JSON-LD are generated inside the pipeline and stored with the piece, so they travel to whatever you publish to.
Real named authors
Every article is bylined to a named person with a bio and a profile page — not the brand as a schema.org Person, which Google advises against.
Your first-hand experience
Before drafting, you answer a few questions only you can, and the answers go into the piece as material a model could never have inferred.
An MCP server for the loop
Claude, Codex or your own agent reads the calendar, answers questions, queues generation and controls autopilot — over the same API the dashboard uses.
Pace matched to site age
Publishing cadence ramps against when your site was first seen, so a young domain never ships at a volume that reads as scaled content abuse.
Search Console improvements
Connect GSC and it finds near-miss rankings, CTR gaps and thin pages, then rewrites them as accept-or-reject hunks — on posts we didn't write, too.

Questions people actually ask
Can SEOPulser publish to Wix without me touching anything?
It can create and publish blog posts once the connection is authorized, so the writing and scheduling run unattended. What stays manual is anything that lives in Wix settings rather than in a post: site-wide SEO patterns, indexing toggles, redirects and the blog's URL prefix. Set those up once in the dashboard before the program starts, and the day-to-day publishing does not need you.
Does the JSON-LD actually reach a Wix post?
It depends on the route available on your site. Wix exposes a structured data field in a post's advanced SEO settings and a custom code area at site level, and whether those can be written programmatically depends on the current API surface. Where it works, the graph lands per article. Where it does not, the choices are adding it by hand or relying on Wix's own markup. Check the first published post before assuming.
Is Wix bad for SEO?
No, and the reputation is mostly out of date. Wix handles sitemaps, canonicals, mobile rendering and per-page SEO fields, and adds structured data to blog posts by default. Sites on Wix rank. The real limitation is control rather than capability: you cannot own the head markup or the templates, so strategies that depend on precise markup control are harder here than on a CMS you operate.
Do I need a particular Wix plan for this?
Check Wix's current plan documentation, because the requirements change and we would rather not quote a tier that is wrong by the time you read this. The practical point is separate: a site without a connected custom domain is not a serious search asset regardless of what any tool publishes to it, so the domain matters more to the outcome than the plan tier does.
How does the author byline work on Wix?
Wix attributes posts to site contributors rather than to a free-text name, so the person you want bylined needs an account on the site with their profile filled in. That is the byline visitors see. The richer author entity, with job title, bio and a resolvable profile URL, lives in our structured data, which means its usefulness depends on whether the graph reaches the page.
Can I move to another platform later?
Yes, and it is worth planning rather than improvising. Your articles exist on our side independently of the destination, so pointing the project at a new CMS is a configuration change. The expensive part is the URLs: moving a blog means every published post changes address, and redirects have to be handled on both the old and the new platform. That cost grows with every post, which argues for deciding early.
- WordPressPublishes to self-hosted WordPress over the core REST API using an application password, with taxonomy terms, a media-library featured image and JSON-LD attached to every post.
- WebflowWrites finished articles into a Webflow CMS Collection, mapped field by field, with a separate publish step and a plan for where the JSON-LD lives.
- ShopifyPublishes articles into a Shopify blog through a custom app, with tags, a featured image and structured data, plus a straight account of what a store blog can and cannot do.
- WebhooksA signed publish event delivered to an endpoint you own, carrying the article, its metadata and the generated JSON-LD graphs. Everything after that is your code.
